WB to Re-qualify Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration State Service Employees

Azerbaijan, Baku, 8 September / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova/ A training centre will commence operation at the Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration State Service at the end of September within the joint with World Bank (WB) project, State Service said in a statement on 8 September.

"The trainings will teach the employees of both head department and regional offices," State Service said.

The trainings will cover all topics connected with operation of the Real Estate Registration State Service - real estate state cadastre, juridical services, improvement of services, etc.

Azerbaijani Government and WB signed an agreement in June 2007 on joint introduction of real estate cadastre system. The project includes four components: real estate registration; management and register of the State property; base cartography and land cadastre; trainings, formation of the policy and management of the project. The cost of the project is $38.57mln, with $30mln allotted by WB for 20 years with a preferential period of 5 years.
