In August FB Consult Ltd. and the International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC (JSC" IBA ") signed an agreement for the pilot implementation of CRM SalesLogix system in one of the IBA branches, the bank said on September 2.
The introduction of CRM SalesLogix from FB Consult will assist the IBA to realize the bank's strategy, in particular, to render a full range of banking products and services to bank customers. These services were provided by modern technology. High-quality conditions for interaction with the bank were provided for clients.
The main objective of the project is to optimize the existing bank business processes and programming the settings of the CRM-system to improve the efficiency of bank employees when interacting with customers.
The first phase of the project involves creating a unified database on existing and potential clients. It also includes regulating sales processes, organizing a system of transactions and products, introducing analytical components, which are capable of forecasting profitability of work with clients, and objectively appreciating the work of managers of customer relations departments. Work to integrate the data received by the CRM-system from the bank's various branches and automated banking system was carried out within the project.
Work in CRM SalesLogix will enable the use of modern means of interaction with potential and existing clients, facilitate the identification and organization of customers, assist organizing a "feedback" system, provide the opportunity to analyze the effectiveness of various marketing programs and correct plans for their implementation on time.
The bank's branch employees will be able to plan their work more effectively and rapidly react to bank customers' requests using the CRM system's reporting and forecasting tools.
The use of the modern CRM technology in the IBA will help to provide bank customers with a full package of financial services in the shortest time and of the highest quality, the message said.
