Uzbek Qurilish-Lizing's net profit reduces in 2009

Net profit of Uzbek leasing company Qurilish-Lizing decreased in 2009 by 15.4 percent up to 1,092 billion soums, the company said. In 2009 the company leased 31 units of various construction equipment worth 5 billion soums and 82 units of small-scale mechanization of $ 21 million soums to construction organizations.

Assets of Qurilish-Lizing last year decreased by 19.4 percent up to 10.002 billion soums in the reporting period.

Revenues decreased by 30 percent up to 1,368 billion soums. Shareholders' equity increased by 1.3 times - up to 6.676 billion soums. The authorized capital increased almost 1.6 times - up to 3.968 billion soums.

Leasing company Qurilish-Lizing was created by the governmental decree in October 2003 as an open joint stock company with authorized capital of 1 billion soums to develop rental and leasing services in the capital construction of the republic.

The founders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Asaka Bank, "Pakhtabank", "Uzpromstroybank", "Mortgage Banking", Uzbekistan Temir Yollari, Uzbekneftegaz, Uzbekenergo .

"Qurilish-leasing" has transferred various construction equipment totaling approximately $ 30 million.
