The AtaHolding has opened the travel company AtaTravel, the Azerbaijani Tax Ministry reported.
The agency was registered by the tax authorities in September. The company's legal representative is a physical entity Ogtay Agayev.
AtaHolding Supervisory Council head Ahmet Erentok said the holding consists of 31 companies, about 20 of which are actively operating.
AtaHolding, which started its activity in 2003, deals with investing capital in various sectors of the economy, as well as financial and intellectual resources and corporate management. Its authorized capital is 83.9 million manat.
The official exchange rate is 0.7870 manat to $1 on Oct.6.
