The Transport and Communications Ministry in Kazakhstan proposes to impose a moratorium of six months on technical inspections of vehicles belonging to individuals, Transport and Communications Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev told journalists after the government meeting on Tuesday.

The Transport and Communications Ministry in Kazakhstan proposes to impose a moratorium of six months on technical inspections of vehicles belonging to individuals, Transport and Communications Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev told journalists after the government meeting on Tuesday.

"With regard to physical entities, given that today the system is not ready, it is supposed to submit proposals to the government to impose six-month moratorium on the technical inspection of physical entities' vehicles. After this period and the formation of the corresponding system, we of course, will continue this work and will conduct appropriate control," Zhumagaliyev said.
