The ownership rights for over 71,000 real estate facilities have been registered in Azerbaijan during the first six months of this year, State Property Issues Committee Chairman Kerem Hasanov said at a board meeting, the State Committee reported today.
"Property rights for about 21,000 objects were registered for the first time, more than 50,000 - repeatedly," he said. "Moreover, during the reporting period, more than 16,000 mortgage treaties were registered."
He said that the technical inventory of about 67,000 real estate facilities was conducted during the reporting period. The technical passports were given. The documents for 71,000 real estate facilities were prepared.
"About 51,500 inquiries about the restriction were given from the register to legal and physical entities, about 14,000 various inquiries to the population," Hasanov said.
An electronic cadastral database about 26,749 real estate units was created to protect and preserve the property, including state land plots. Cadastral plans were made up.
