The value of transactions at Iran's mercantile exchange rose by 42 percent during the week, ISNA reported.
Over 665,000 tons of goods, valued at 12,819 billion rials were transacted at the mercantile exchange, showing a 42 percent rise in value compared to its previous week.
More than $120 million worth of goods were also purchased with the aim of exporting to international markets.
