Iran to start chicken, dairy products export to Russia

Iran and Russia have undertaken measures to facilitate mutual trade, an Iranian business leader said.
Asadollah Asgar Oladi, chairman of the Iran-Russia Chamber of Commerce, said that according to the recent contract, Iran will start exporting animal products, especially chicken to Russia in one month.
He added that Russia has agreed to import dairy products from Iran as well, Fars news agency reported July 4.
Russia chose three out of 10 dairies Iran had introduced to provide the dairy products, he stated.
Further elaborating on measures to facilitate trade with Russia, Asgar Oladi said that Iran has recently launched a sea lane via the Caspian Sea to Russia.
Also, talks were held with Taban Airlines in order to launch a flight from the city of Rasht in Iran to Astrakhan inRussia, he noted.
