To get free Bakcell minutes, an Ulduzum user has to visit one of the "Azerpost" offices at any part of the country, and make a money transfer in the amount of at least 10 AZN. During the money transfer, the subscriber has to communicate his/her Bakcell number to the employee of "Azerpost". After completion of the money transfer, an SMS with a 10-digit code will be sent to the Bakcell number indicated by the Ulduzum user.
Subscriber shall send the 10-digit code to "5555" via SMS message and free 5 minutes will be topped up to the balance of the number indicated by the subscriber. The cost of an SMS message is 3 qepik. Received bonus minutes shall be valid for 3 days. The campaign will continue until December 31, 2015. The list of partners of the "Ulduzum" loyalty program, which already has more than 1.4 million subscribers, includes more than 130 selected restaurants, luxurious clothing and various accessories, perfume, furniture, home appliances and electronics stores, along with health, sports, recreation and service centers.

After downloading the "Ulduzum" application on their mobile phones, the subscribers will get an easy access to the complete list of partners and applicable discounts, information about the nearest partners to their location, and own usage history.
