An enterprise included in the Gilan group of companies - Gilan Vegetables Ltd, has passed the state registration in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry's "Vergiler" newspaper wrote Jan. 7.
The official representative of the company is Bakhruh Jamalov. The authorized capital of the company is 100 manat.
The enterprise was registered through a single window system of the Taxes Ministry December 10, 2015.
At present, the Gilan Holding group of companies includes about 40 enterprises and companies, producing building materials (concrete, gypsum products, bricks, etc.), agricultural products (production of canned products, fresh juices, alcoholic beverages, macaroni, nut processing), working in the field of light industry (leather processing), tourism (hotel business).
