It is expected that Azerbaijani construction company AzVIRT will be involved in the reconstruction of the road within the largest road project in Serbia in the next two months this year, the company told Trend.
According to the company source, it is planned to complete all mobilization work related to the project in June.
"This is the second project implemented with the participation of our company in Serbia. The project costs 207 million euros. Funded by one of the largest Chinese banks, it also involves Chinese specialists. Generally speaking, the project consists of the construction of roads and related road infrastructure in Serbia," the company said.
It was noted that the company has successfully completed the previous project with partners in Serbia, and intends to continue cooperation with foreign partners in the framework of the second major road project.
AzVIRT company is one of the most well-known road construction contractors in Azerbaijan engaged in the construction of roads, runways and airports.
Besides the construction and design of roads and big facilities, the company is engaged in the production of building materials, including asphalt concrete mixtures and activated mineral powder.
