Over 10 investment projects be implemented in Kazakhstan's capital

Some 12 investments projects in the area of education, health care, sport and industry have been presented in Kazakhstan’s capital Nur-Sultan city, Trend reports with reference to the press office of the city’s akimat (administrative center).

As reported, the implementation of these projects will allow for creation of over 1,000 new work places and the attraction of over 20 billion tenge into the economy of the country.

“The construction of education center and four schools, the two of which will have kindergartens operating on their territory, is planned via private investments. This will allow to create some 4,500 new places for students,” the report said.

For example, International School of Nur-Sultan City is planning to construct a private school with implementation of Finland’s curriculum. The difference of this curriculum is in the fact that a separate education plan is being created for each student. Indoor swimming pool and a football field will be created in the school.

During the presentation, projects for construction of a medical center, sports complex and vegetables storage have also been approved.

Furthermore, new projects in industrial area have been presented. These include the asphalt plant, the precast concrete production and communal vehicles plant.

Following the presentation, agreements on implementation of six investment projects worth 21.8 billion tenge have been signed. These are the project for construction of meat processing complex, one project in area of medicine and four in the area of education.
