Turkmenistan has launched a single Internet portal of state services, Trend reports, referring to the “Turkmen dovlet xabarlari” state agency.
The "e.gov.tm" portal is an automated information system for the provision of public services in electronic form for citizens and businesses. This principle allows for the centralized reception of documents from the applicant for services, as well as to ensure observance of deadlines for the preparation of documents and their issuance.
An authorized user can pay bills for internet, fixed and mobile communications, IP TV, railway or air tickets and other services, through his bank card.
In the future, the list of services will be expanded by type and sector.
On the portal, users can pass online registration of passports, visas, driver licenses, work with pensions and benefits, taxes, employment and many others, from business to social aspects.
