BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 11. The non-oil trade turnover between Iran and Kyrgyzstan amounted to 22,000 tons worth $24.2 million during the first five months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through August 22, 2023), Trend reports.
Iran's non-oil trade with Kyrgyzstan for the reporting period increased by 14.6 percent in value while decreasing by 2.9 percent in value compared to the same period last year, as stated in the report of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).
So, the non-oil trade turnover between the two countries stood at 22,700 tons worth $21.1 million in the same period last Iranian year.
In the 5th month alone (July 23 through August 22, 2023), Iran's trade turnover with Kyrgyzstan was 5,080 tons worth $5.23 million.
The main goods traded between Iran and Kyrgyzstan were petrochemical products, agricultural products, phosphoric acid, etc.
Overall, the value of Iran's non-oil trade turnover was over $43.5 billion within the first five months of the current Iranian year.
