JSC Amelioration and Water Economy has called for tender within the framework of the project on prevention of floods and their consequences in Azerbaijan at the cost of credits issued by Asian Development Bank. Trend reports that the subject of the tender is completion of operations on prevention of floods through construction of concrete dams on Astara river in Astara area and Samur river of Gusar area (300 meters).
The deadline for tender bids submission is June 9; tender envelopes opening will be conducted following the deadline. Countries-members of ADB may also take part in the tender.
Aforesaid measures are taken within the ABD-financed project intended to prevent floods in some regions of Azerbaijan.
