Regular safety month on traffic security and regulation was held under the motto of Caution! Children! by the Central State Traffic Police Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Arastun Majidov, Chief of the Central State Traffic Police Department told Trend today.
The main aim of the past month was to guarantee security, prevent traffic accidents, as well as protect the health and life of the children and youth.
During the month of security, officers of the Traffic Police take purposeful measures in the pre-school and general educational institutions of the country, as well as distributed posters among the children and their parents.
Such activities are held twice a year. They are aimed on preventing traffic accidents with children and youth and increase order on the highways of the country.
