Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of "Azerbaijan Credit Bank" OJSC, the Baku Stock Exchange reports. The volume of the issue is 2,000,000 AZN, with a face value per stock at 200 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange. "Tekhnika Capital Management" LLC will be the underwriter of placement of the stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
