Georgia Refuses from Use of   Alternative  Railway  Bridge for Cargo Transport to Black Sea Ports

Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 August / Trend corr. E.Ismayilov / Georgia refused from use of an alternative railway bridge near Tbilisi, which leads to Black Sea ports, because of its unsteadiness, Azerbaijani State Railway reported. Repairs had been held over the bridge for several days. However, according to decision of a commission of experts, the bridge is useless to transport oil and dry cargo.

"No cargo would be transported via the bridge due to its useless," State Railway said.

At present, all measures are taken to reconstruct the bridge near the Caspian city. The bridge will be completely reconstructed within ten days. No cargo has been delivered to Black Sea ports.
