Russian largest shipbuilding company 'Red Sormovo' in Nizhniy Novgorod will build another oil-loading tanker Hazar designed for sea port Turkmenbashi by late 2009. The port has already received similar 'river-sea' ship 'Sumbar'.
The orders are fulfilled upon the agreement on construction of two tankers with capacity of 7,000 tons to transport oil and oil products signed with Turkmen Deniz Yollari state department. The project is financed owing to the loan worth $31 million allocated by the Islamic Development Bank.
At present, Turkmen Deniz Yollari has fulfilled over 70 percent of operations in Nizhniy Novgorod's shipyard under construction of Hazar.
