The consolidated volume of oil and gas condensate of National Company KazMunayGas JSC (KMG) for 2018 amounted to 23.6 million tons of oil, Trend reports via Kazakh media.
The production of natural and associated gas amounted to 8.137 billion m³.
The volume of oil transportation amounted to 75.038 million tons, and the volume of gas transportation - 111.6 billion m³.
The increased volume of hydrocarbon processing on Kazakh oil refineries and plants of KMG subsidiary in Romania went up to 19.7 million tons, compared to last year. The growth is associated with an increase in the processing of raw materials at Kazakh refineries.
In 2018, large-scale modernization was completed at domestic refineries, which allowed to increase the volume of production of petroleum products and fully provide the domestic market with its own petroleum products of ecological class K4, K5.
Thus, the volume of production of petroleum products increased to 12.152 million tons, including a 34.9-percent increase in gasoline production (3.288 million tons), diesel fuel production (3.814 million tons) increased by 13 percent, jet fuel production increased by 57.4 percent (0.253 million tons), while the production of other petroleum products has been reduced.
Payments for taxes and other obligatory payments in 2018 amounted to 1,444 trillion tenge, which is 40.6 percent more than in 2017.
