Iran's Shimibaft Petrochemical Company sold 3,000 tons of Raffinate-2 on the international floor of Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) in the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2021), said the official IRENEX report obtained by Trend.
According to the IRENEX, the total value of the company’s sales at IRENEX amounted to about 242 billion rials (about $905,000).
A total of 36 trillion rials (about $133 million) worth of products were sold at the IRENEX in the first month.
Iran's Shimibaft Petrochemical Company produces a number of products, including MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether), Raffinate 2, MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), SBA (Secondary Butyl Alcohol), Raffinate 3 and etc.
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is currently 312,917 rials, and the price of $1 is 270,411 rials.
