Nearly 35,000 tons of hydrocarbon products on sale at Iran Energy Exchange on June 20

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 20. Approximately 34,900 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), on June 20, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, about 16,800 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered:

- Iranian Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 5,000 tons of Raffinate and 4,000 tons of heavy hydrocarbon products;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of iso recycle, 1,000 tons of iso feed, 500 tons of unprocessed heavy naphtha and 148 tons of solvent 404 products;

- Sepahan Oil Company’s 1,000 tons of extracts;

- Iranol Oil Company’s 832 tons of heavy extracts (DAE-40) and 520 tons of light extracts (DAE-11);

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 320 tons of MTBE, 300 tons of liquefied gas and 286 tons of heavy distillate products;

- Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s 500 tons of heavy tar oil;

- Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s 200 tons of liquid nitrogen, 75 tons of liquid oxygen products;

- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 100 tons of MTBE products.

Moreover, 18,100 tons of products will be on sale on the international floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Shazand Oil Refining Company’s 10,000 tons of RCD (Reduced Crude Desulfurization) unit’s processed residue;

- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 5,000 tons of reformate and 1,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);

- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 1,500 tons of Raffinate-2;

- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 400 tons of hydrocarbons (C7-C9) and 200 tons of pentane products.

Meanwhile, the value of total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) amounted to 21.3 trillion rials (about $51.5 million), during the last Iranian week (June 10 through June 14, 2023). This is a decrease of 39.2 percent, compared to the previous week (June 3 through June 7, 2023).

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 451,139 rials, and the price of $1 is 413,047 rials.
