Iran’s IRENEX announces products to be on sale for Sept. 27

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 27. Overall, 119,000 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on September 27, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, 21,900 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered:

- Iranian Nouri Petrochemical Company’s 4,000 tons of heavy distillate;

- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of pentane, 400 tons of normal butane;

- Khangiran Gas Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of gas condensate;

- Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s 2,500 tons of solvent-402, 2,000 tons of distillation tower residue and 200 tons of butane products;

- Shazand Petrochemical Company’s 2,000 tons of pyrolysis gasoline;

- Tehran Oil Refining Company’s 1,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);

- Bistoon Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of solvent-402;

- Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s 712 tons of solvent-503, 424 tons of solvent-402, 356 tons of solvent-502 and 178 tons of solvent-400 products;

- Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company’s 150 tons of hydrocarbon products.

Moreover, 97,000 tons products will be on sale on the international floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Nouri Petrochemical Company’s 21,000 tons of Raffinate, 15,000 tons of heavy distillate and 10,000 tons of light naphtha products;

- Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 15,000 tons of LPG;

- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s 10,000 tons of white oil and 8,000 tons of butane gas;

- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 9,800 tons of heavy hydrocarbons and 7,000 tons of Raffinate products;

- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of pentane;

- Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s 794 tons of solvent-402 and 500 tons of iso-recycle products.

Meanwhile, the value of total sales at the IRENEX for the last week was around 50.5 trillion rials (about $123 million) during the last Iranian week (Sept. 16 through Sept. 20, 2023), representing a 25 percent decrease from the previous week (Sept. 9 through Sept. 13, 2023).

Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) sells its products at the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange outlets, where the price of 1 euro is 435,472 rials and the price of $1 is 411,943 rials.

The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
