BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 29. Azerbaijan is among the countries with the most affordable gasoline prices as of September 25, 2023, Trend reports.
The data from the Global Petrol Prices portal shows that the cost of gasoline in Azerbaijan is $0.588 per liter.
The country with the cheapest gasoline is Iran ($0.029 per liter), and the most expensive gasoline is in Hong Kong ($3.093 per liter).
In addition to Azerbaijan, the top 20 countries with the cheapest gasoline include Libya, Venezuela, Algeria, Kuwait, Egypt, Turkmenistan, Angola, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Bolivia, Iraq, Qatar, and Russia.
Among the 10 countries with the most expensive gasoline are Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway, Monaco, Denmark, Finland, Liechtenstein, Greece, and Italy.
Different gasoline prices in various countries around the world are due to different types of fuel taxes and subsidies.
