The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources gets ready documents for lodging a complaint to the Supreme Court plenum on canceling the decision of the civil collegium on economic disputes on the case of the Salyan Oil Limited (SOL) operating company, the Ministry told Trend.
"In October the papers will be submitted to the plenum. In case the plenum does not support our complaint we will appeal to the country’s Constitution Court”, the Ministry’s spokesman said.
The Ministry of Ecology demands payment of 758 271 250 AZM ($165 308,7) from SOL. The court hearing between the sides started in October 2003. SOL is engaged in the development of the on-shore “Kuyrsangi-Garabagli” field.
