Development of Azeri-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement for join oil transfer via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC) is complete and governments of both the countries are examining final version for compliance to international requirements, Trend reports quoting Lezzet Kiinov, deputy Minister of Energy and natural Resources of Kazakhstan.
Kiinov said the signing date shall be coordinated by Azeri and Kazakh officials.
