From January through September 2019, Azerbaijan’s International Bank ranked first among 15 banks in terms of capital volume in the country, Trend reports referring to the financial reports of the banks.
The bank’s capital amounted to 1.4 billion manat ($827.4 million).
Pasha Bank took the second position in the ranking with a total capital of 453.5 million manat ($265.7 million).
Kapital Bank with a capital volume of 406.7 million manat ($238.3 million) ranked third.
The total capital of the first three banks is 2.2 billion manat ($1.3 billion), which is a little more than half (51.4 percent) of the total volume of other Azerbaijani banks.

The total capital of 15 leading banks amounted to 3.4 billion manat ($2 billion). The average capital of the first 15 banks amounted to 143.1 million manat ($83.8 million).
