BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 6. The United Payment Azerbaijan eyes increasing the e-commerce turnover to over 550 million manat ($323.1 million) in 2023, the company's Managing Director Edgar Abdullayev told Trend.

According to him, the number of international transactions is planned to reach 450,000 this year.

"The turnover is expected to fluctuate, as following the rules of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, one person can transfer up to $1,000 per day, and up to $10,000 per month. The turnover of transactions is supposed to be settled at around 30 ($17.6 million) – 50 million manat ($29.37 million) this year," he said.

United Payment offers solutions in five major areas: digital wallet, virtual or physical card, domestic and international money transfers, online/offline collection and payment terminals, 'smart', intelligent solutions, as well as security solutions.
