An Azerbaijani delegation headed by the Minister for Communications and Information Technologies, left for Moscow, Russian capital, to participate in the jubilee celebrations dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Regional Communications Commonwealth (RCC).
The Ministry informed Trend that the Azerbaijani delegation will participate at the 36th meeting of the Council of Heads of Communications Administrations of the RCC and the 10th meeting of the Coordinating Council of Information Sciences at the RCC to be held in Moscow on December 12-13, 2006.
The delegation includes the head of the International Relations and Non-Governmental Bodies of the Ministry, Ayaz Bayrmaov, the Ministry International Relations and Calculations Department Director, Jalil Jafarov, the Ministry Law and Human Resources Department Head, Tofik Huseynov, etc.
Attending the event will be heads of the Communications Administrations of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Latvia, and other countries.
RCC was established on December 17, 1991. Its members are communication authorities of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine
