The Turkish Ministry of Education has announced an open tender to purchase 900 tons of hard coal for a regional branch in Bartin province of Turkey.
Both local and foreign companies are eligible to participate in the tender.
The bids will be opened at 11:00 (GMT +3) on September 6, 2018.
