The strategic location of the Baku International Sea Trade Port (Baku port) can help attract additional cargo from China, Trend reports with reference to Baku port.
The statement was made during the seminar ‘Investments and Trade in Azerbaijan’, which was held in Beijing (China).
During the seminar, Senior Advisor to the director-general of the Baku port, Rashad Karimov, informed the Chinese representatives about the strategic location of the Baku port, its technical capabilities, expansion stages, as well as the prospects for the development and attraction of additional cargo of Chinese companies.
Businessmen and government officials of China took part in the work of the exhibition Investments and Trade in Azerbaijan, held in China, organized by the office of the trade mission of Azerbaijan in China with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
