Kazakhstan offers Hungary to launch Budapest - Almaty - Budapest flight

Kazakhstan offered Hungary to launch a flight on the Budapest - Almaty - Budapest route, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi said following a meeting with the Minister of Finance of Hungary Mihai Varga, Trend reports citing Kazinform.

“In September, regular flights were restored between Nur-Sultan and Budapest. The flights are operated by the Hungarian WizzAir airline. Recently, by decision of Kazakhstan’s government, the frequency of flights has been increased to two flights per week. In this regard, the Hungarian side was offered to launch a second flight on the Budapest - Almaty - Budapest route,” Tleuberdi said.

Earlier it was reported that Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi met with Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of Hungary Mihai Varga.

“The visit of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of Hungary Mihai Varga to Kazakhstan took place on October 25-26. Hungary is our reliable and first strategic partner in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, a friendly state, we feel a historical and spiritual bond with,” Tleuberdi noted.
