BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. The repairing plant in Turkmenabat City in the Lebap region in the east of Turkmenistan exceeded the production plan from January through May 2023, Trend reports.
During the specified period, the plant performed work in the amount of 1.32 million Turkmen manats ($376,760), exceeding the production plan by 69.7 percent.
The plan provides for the implementation of work in the amount of 778,000 Turkmen manats ($222,060).
Furthermore, in 2022, the plant completed work in the amount of 3.5 million Turkmen manats ($1 million), exceeding the plan by 88.5 percent.
Meanwhile, the plant is engaged in the manufacture and repair of spare parts for agricultural machinery.
With the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, the industry is becoming one of the major sectors of the economy, which is given an important role in the implementation of import substitution programs and increasing the export potential of the state.
