Another earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale hit Varzaqan city of the East Azerbaijan Province of Iran this morning, MEHR news agency reported.
The earthquake took place at 08:20 local time. No victims and damage are reported as a result of the earthquake.
The quake first hit East Azerbaijan Province of Iran on Aug.11. Since then the death toll has risen to 300 people, about 2,500 were injured. Some 110 villages suffered damage of varying severity.
