Iranian official reveals latest details on non-oil trade with Turkey

Iran’s non-oil exports to Turkey over the first half of the current fiscal year (starting March 20) reached $900 million.

The head of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization, Mojtaba Khosrotaj, has said that the trade turnover between the two countries in the mentioned period stood at $2.2 billion, ILNA news agency reported.

The official also added that Turkey in the meantime exported $1.3 billion worth of non-oil goods to Iran.

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute, the value of the country’s total imports from Iran in the first six months of 2017 hiked by 72 percent year on year, posting $3.783 billion.
