Trend:

Offering houses at Iran Mercantile Exchange leads to production growth, improves trade, and transparent prices that reduce dealerships said Iran Minister of Economic Affairs and Finances.

Effects of offering houses at mercantile exchange would show after one year, said Farhad Dejpasand, Trend reports citing IRNA.

"The mercantile exchange activities are completely positive and we are witnessing vast offering of various products in the mercantile market. The ordered pricing of commodities would have many consequences for the economy and companies," the minister added.

"Stock and capital market is not the place to set the price but a place for optimal price discovery according to supply and demand mechanism that so far continued in mercantile exchange and helped producers and consumers," he noted.

The subject of offering houses in mercantile exchange for sustainable housing sector has started on August 19, 2020, in Iran Mercantile Exchange by the sale of housing units in the newly constructed city of Pardis.

Experts believe that offering houses in mercantile exchange require consistency and sustainability so the stock market would turn into a source for pricing in the housing sector.
