TEHRAN, Iran, July 21. The implementation of the long-term comprehensive plan between Iran and Turkiye would promote ties between the two countries, said Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani, Trend reports citing IRNA.
The following cooperation document is an outlook for bilateral cooperation in energy, environment, transportation, fighting terrorism, and organized crime, he said during the weekly press conference.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Iran to participate in the 7th Summit of the Guarantor States of the Astana Peace Process and to sign the long-term comprehensive cooperation document between Iran and Turkey.
The two countries have signed eight documents and memorandums of understanding on cooperation in various fields.
