A senior Iranian military official said the country would under no circumstances allow the inspection of its military sites by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

It is the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's prudence that any access to Iran's military sites within the framework of the nuclear talks is forbidden and foreigners will never see that demand fulfilled, Masoud Jazayeri, deputy commander of the General Staff of Armed Forces of Iran stressed, Fars news agency reported July 10.

A day earlier, Iranian media had quoted Ramezan Sharif, the IRGC's spokesman, as saying that the IRGC will 'by no means' allow inspectors of the IAEA to inspect Iran's military sites. However, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) denied comments attributed to Sharif.

He has not said anything on his recent press conference in this regard, the official news portal of the IRGC said.

On June 21, the Iranian parliament voted a bill to ban access to military sites and documents and interview with nuclear scientists as part of a possible nuclear deal with world powers.

Iran and the P5+1(the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany) have been engaged in talks in Vienna towards reaching a landmark agreement over Tehran's nuclear program.
