Pensions of farmers, villagers and nomads in Iran would increase by 25 percent in the current Iranian year (started March 21,2021), said the Managing Director of Farmers and Nomads Social Insurance Fund ali Shirkani, Trend reports via IRNA.
"The increase would be applied to retirement salaries in June, while the remaining difference of 25-percent increase in the first two months of the current Iranian year would also be added to the salaries in June," Shirkani.
Iran's Social Security Organization has announced recently that based on plan to balance pensions, retired employees with 30 years work experience would receive 42 million rials (about $1000) in the current Iranian year.
In this regard, the retirees have received an advance in March, which added to their salaries, as part of increase.
The Social Security Organization has announced some 75 percent of pensions have been adjusted in accordance with the plan.
