The United National Movement has prepared a document entitled 'Agreement with Georgia,' in which it has formulated the main directions on which the party will work within the next four years.

The project is President Mikheil Saakashvili's initiative.

One of the working directions of the project is to reduce unemployment by half. The document contains a promise that all job seekers will be retrained.

The second direction is to ensure access for all citizens to health care services and the third is to double agricultural output.

The party promises the people that it will solve the problem of water, gas and roads in all villages. Some 90 per cent of agricultural land will be worked and more than 500 enterprises will be established. Under the programme the government will issue vouchers to all families to the amount of 1000 lari, and these people can decide how to spend the money.

"Our goal is to employ all able-bodied people and provide affordable and quality health care for all. This year Georgia will insure about two million people. The volume of agricultural production should be doubled," secretary general of the party Mikhail Machavariani told reporters.
