The issues of the Georgian-Latvian bilateral cooperation will be discussed during Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili’s forthcoming visit to Latvia on January 8-9.

The issues of the Georgian-Latvian bilateral cooperation will be discussed during Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili's forthcoming visit to Latvia on January 8-9.

Garibashvili will also take part in the international conference entitled "2015 - European Year of Development", the Georgian government told Trend Jan. 6.

Garibashvili plans to meet with Latvian President Andris Berzins, Speaker of the Seimas (Parliament) Ināra Mūrniece and Latvian counterpart Laimdota Straujuma as part of the visit.

Latvia's experience in joining NATO and EU will be discussed during the meetings.
