Despite of Russia`s blockade, Georgia will not have any problems with foodstuff delivery to the country, Trend Special Correspondent to Tbilisi reports.

After the today`s sitting of the Georgian Government, Mikhalil Svimonashvilli, Georgia`s Agriculture Minister told that only a few-day vacuum is may be.

It is not ruled out that irregularities in the food delivery will last 1-2 weeks until Georgian carriers and consumers find new partners, he thinks.

The Georgian Minister gave the corn delivery as an example. He said if Georgia does not receive the Russian corn, then the corn will be bought from Ukraine, US, or Kazakhstan. At the same time, we are seeking alternative ways concerning other foodstuff. We shall have no problems with it. I dare assure you of it, he said.
