(civil.ge) - Sergey Yastrzhembsky, an aide to the Russian President, said on October 19 that Russia is ready to discuss Georgia-related issues when Vladimir Putin meets with heads of the EU states on October 20 in Finland, Interfax and RIA Novosti news agencies reported.
He noted that Georgian-Russian tensions and issues regarding the murder of Russian investigative reporters Anna Politkovskaya are not on the agenda of the summit, but ongoing political developments will always emerge during conversation.
