(dpa) - The Israeli military early Monday lifted a three- day closure imposed on the West Bank after a Palestinian from East Jerusalem burst into a religious school in the city's western section and shot dead eight students.
A military spokesman said the closure was lifted overnight.
The army had sealed off the West Bank, allowing no Palestinians into Israel except for special medical and humanitarian cases, early Friday, several hours after the shooting spree in the prominent Merkaz ha'Rav (Rabbi's Centre) yeshiva.
