( dpa ) - Two Israeli airstrikes targeting cars in the southern Gaza Strip early Friday have killed four Palestinians, according to official sources.
Palestinian sources said an Israeli plane targeted a car in Rafah, only hours after a similar attack on a car in the same area.
Both attacks killed two members of al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement.
An Israeli military spokeswoman in Tel Aviv confirmed the first strike, saying the aircraft targeted "terror activists."
