West Bromwich Albion signed defensive
midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu, on loan from Paris St Germain, on Monday, dpa reported.
The 22-year-old, an international for Democratic Republic of Congo, becomes West Brom's third signing of the transfer window after Jay Simpson and Marc-Antoine
Fortune, who have also joined on loan.
On the club's website, manager Tony Mowbray described him as a "young
player with potential ... who won't instantly impact on our first team."
