A bombing on Wednesday ripped through a bus stop next to a busy market in north-western Pakistan, killing at least six and injuring more than a dozen, police said, DPA reported.
The explosion took place in Tirah Bazar in Kohat district, some 70 kilometres south-west of Peshawar, the capital of the restive Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.
"According to initial information six people are killed and some 15 are injured," said Dilawar Bangash, the police chief in Kohat.
The nature of the explosion remained unclear.
