Swiss authorities are concentrating their investigation on possible human error as the cause of a coach crash with 28 fatalities, an investigating judge said Wednesday in Sion, dpa reported.
Olivier Elsig said the other two possibilities causing the accident in a tunnel were a technical fault of the Belgian bus, or the driver suffering a medical problem. Technical and medical experts were in the process of investigating these aspects.
"At the moment it does not look like the vehicle drove too fast," he said at a press conference.
The tunnel was dry and there were no objects on the road, Elsig said.
