(ForUm) - Ukraine will do without the Russian gas, Ukraine's Minister for Fuel and Energy Yuri Boyko announced. According to his words, the Russian gas is not included in Ukraine's balance for 2007. He alluded to agreements with Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan which were inked by Ukraine in the beginning of October.
Regarding Russia, the decision on Ukraine's switch to Middle Asian gas was approved by Gazprom, Naftogaz Spokesperson Kostyantyn Borodin stressed, reports Trend.
