(ForUm) - Another five Ukrainian meat-packing plants may obtain permission for supply of beef to Russia, said the head of the Russian agricultural control service (Rosselkhoznadzor), Sergey Dankvert.
According to him, it will be done based on the results of the tests, carried out by the Russian and Ukrainian specialists at 19 meat-packing plants of Ukraine, reports Trend.
He also pointed out, that Rosselkhoznadzor will send another group of experts to Ukraine until December 15, in order to examine the other enterprises - the beef manufacturers.
Russia prohibited supplies of the cattle breeding products from Ukraine since January 20, due to claims for work of the Ukrainian veterinary service. A memorandum on new conditions for supply of meat products was signed in October, Cabinet press office informed.
